In stock products are processed for shipment or pick up
within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
We ship waterbeds via transport or courier. Shipping costs
are included within our free delivery area. If
necessary, we will provide a shipping quote when
confirming the sale with you. Pick Up at our
convenient Scarborough warehouse just 3 minutes north of
Hwy 401 for pre-sold pick ups only.
Guarantees / Returns
Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship and are warranted to perform
as described. If for any reason our product does not
meet your expectations, you may return it unused within
(7) days of receipt for a full refund (excluding
shipping charges).
If our product should happen to show any sign of
defect in materials or workmanship within the specified
warranty period, please contact us for a Return
