3-24 hours depending on
the time the order is placed We ship this item via
Canada Post Expedited (an upgrade from regular ground
shipping). Shipping costs on these waterbed
mattresses are included at no extra cost. Pick Up at our
convenient Scarborough warehouse just 3 minutes north of
Hwy 401 for pre-sold pick ups only.
Guarantees / Returns
Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship and are warranted to perform
as described. If for any reason our product does not
meet your expectations, you may return it unused within
(7) days of receipt for a full refund (excluding
shipping charges).
If our product should happen to show any sign of
defect in materials or workmanship within the specified
warranty period, please contact us for a Return
Authorization. Return the product and we'll ship a
